About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position provides specialized urology care to patients. The registered nurse assesses and evaluates patient needs, applying critical thinking to deliver effective care. Responsibilities include collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans, educating patients and caregivers, and consistently prioritizing all aspects of patient care. The RN communicates effectively with patients and escalates potential safety hazards or gaps as necessary. Utilizing institutional information technology, the RN documents nursing practice to support quality and performance improvement initiatives.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $46.75 to $55.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.

Job Requirements:
- BSN required.
- Two years of urology experience required.
- One year of traveler experience preferred.
- NYS RN License and BLS certification required.
- Epic experience preferred.
