About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for an LPN who provides direct patient care in accordance with established protocols. The LPN conducts assessments, monitors patient care, and administers medications as needed. This role includes working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.61 to $29.09 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress effectively.
- Stay informed on the latest practices in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
