About the Opportunity:
The Supply Chain Associate role involves managing transportation/logistics responsibilities and ensuring efficient supply chain operations within a hospital setting. This full-time contract position operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a rotating schedule every other weekend. As a Supply Chain Associate, you align with the 2-bin Team Lead to address various aspects of the 2-bin project, collaborating with clinical clients, building cart hardware, maintaining inventories, and supporting medical supply organization.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $18.15 to $21.45 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of the 2-bin project, including meeting with clients and supporting inventory management.
- Place medical supplies into bins, ensuring accurate labeling for identification and tracking.
- Transport supply carts to specified areas within the hospital system.
- Organize and maintain supply carts according to department standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
- Adhere to all safety and health protocols while handling supplies.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of supply chain experience.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in inventory, logistics, or healthcare is preferred.
