About the Opportunity:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides one-on-one care for a current resident in a healthcare facility. This is a part-time contract position with PRN block scheduling; schedule must align with facility needs, with no option to create own schedule.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $15.95 to $18.85 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily care activities for the assigned resident, including assistance with personal hygiene and mobility.
- Provide support in activities of daily living to ensure resident comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated resident care.
- Monitor and document resident's condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in communication and organizational skills.
