About the Opportunity:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position involves providing essential care to patients in a healthcare setting. CNAs assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and support the nursing staff with patient care needs. This is a full-time contract position, available on a local-only basis with a weekend rotation schedule.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $16.64 to $19.66 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting basic patient assessments and assisting with care plans.
- Providing personal care such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Collaborating with nurses to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and progress.
- Staying informed on best practices in patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Current CNA certification.
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
