About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This part-time contract position entails evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $40.15 to $47.45 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop care plans.
- Provide direct therapy to improve patient function and mobility.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
- Active state PT license or ability to obtain.
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
