About the Opportunity:
Join our team as an Ultrasound Tech in Watertown, NY, providing vital imaging services focusing on vascular and obstetric care to patients. This is a part-time contract position with a shift schedule of Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday from 7 PM to 7 AM. The estimated base pay for these positions are $51.15 to $60.45 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting vascular and obstetric ultrasound assessments and creating detailed reports.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and results.
- Ensuring proficiency with most major medical sonography equipment.
- Staying informed on the latest research and practices in ultrasound technology.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology or Medical Sonography.
- Minimum of one year of radiologic/imaging experience.
- Current ARDMS registration.
- Current BLS certification.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
