About the Opportunity:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in this full-time contract position, you provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring quality and efficiency in a supportive healthcare environment. You assist in delivering high-quality care by closely monitoring patients' conditions and administering medications as needed.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $26.51 to $31.33 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create personalized care plans for patients.
- Provide medication administration and wound care.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Stay informed on best practices and new developments in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN certification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
