About the Opportunity
Our client is a leading law firm in Manhattan who is well known within their field. They are looking for an HR Operations Professional to join their team! This person will be responsible for HRIS, Compensation and other HR operations duties. This is a great opportunity for an intelligent candidate who is looking to work amongst innovative thinkers.
The annual base salary range is $140,000 to $200,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the annual salary and bonus planning cycle by providing data and documentation that supports the budget recommendation; assist in the development of salary increase guidelines; and, perform the annual setup task in the human resource system
- Comply and analyze compensation survey data to determine the organization’s pay status relevant to the market
- Report tracking and system implementations
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
- Respond to internal ad-hoc requests related to compensation
- Participate in compensation development/training activities
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Compensation experience
- 2+ years of operational HR experience
- Must be proficient working in Excel and other HRIS Systems
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Legal or Financial Services Industry is required
