Clinical Operations Manager

About the Opportunity

We are partnered with a non-profit agency that assists the youth and families of their community with strength-based care management. They are seeking an Operations Manager is to ensure the effective oversight of daily operations, as designated by the COO. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing direct reports.

The annual base salary range is $65,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high integrity and role model the core values of the agency
  • Update COO regarding daily operations of the agency
  • Supervise, develop, assess, train and mentor direct reports; educating and guiding in the operational activities of the agency
  • Problem-solve and respond to issues presented by staff, families, providers and/or system partners
  • Assure quality and timeliness of all documentation of direct reports following established procedures
  • Assist in the modification and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Establish and maintain a working relationship with agency departments and system partners
  • Develop and manage agency wide committees and meetings as needed
  • Represent the agency at external meetings and events
  • Ensure certification, implementation and utilization of the Wraparound model and Nurtured Heart Approach for self and direct reports
  • Facilitate and manage the enrollment and transition of referred youth and families within regulatory guidelines
  • Manage the UIR process for the agency
  • Interview and select candidates for vacant positions
  • Accompany and support Care Manager Supervisors or Care Managers to visits as appropriate
  • Facilitate trainings and meetings as needed
  • Attend and participate in meetings, including but not limited to agency wide committee meetings, as appropriate

 

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in a related discipline (e.g. social work, counseling, psychology or criminal justice)
  • Valid New Jersey Licensure Mental Health necessary for profession
  • 3 years post master’s supervisory experience
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License
