Digital Email Lead

About the Opportunity

Our client is a reputable financial technology company that provides modular alternative investment solutions for registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, private banks, family offices, and other sophisticated investors. They are looking to hire a Digital Email Lead to support the Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools. This is an excellent contract opportunity, and they are looking to fill the role as quickly as possible.

The pay range for this position is $38 to $44 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns that align with marketing objectives and target audience
  • Create engaging email content, including compelling subject lines, body copy, and calls to action, to drive customer engagement and conversion rates
  • Utilize HubSpot to build and deploy email campaigns, ensuring accuracy and proper segmentation
  • Monitor email deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, and other relevant email metrics to assess campaign performance and optimize future campaigns
  • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve email performance, including testing different subject lines, content variations, and email layouts
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing email templates and graphics that align with brand guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, industry regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR), and data privacy policies
  • Implement dynamic email campaigns, leveraging customer segmentation, and personalization techniques to enhance engagement and increase conversion rates
  • Work closely with the CRM team to integrate email campaigns with customer data, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate targeting
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging email marketing technologies, tools, and strategies, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as an email marketing campaign specialist or similar role, preferably in Wealth Management, Fintech, or Financial Services industry
  • Proficient in email marketing software and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing best practices, including list management, segmentation, deliverability, and compliance
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experience in optimizing email campaigns based on data-driven insights
  • Familiar with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus
