About the Opportunity
Our client is a world-leading private investment house with offices in New York City, San Francisco, Canada and South America. They are looking for a Help Desk Associate for a long-term rolling contract to assist their 130+ users in New York. They currently have two contractors and two other individuals on their team.
The annual base salary range is $30 to $35 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot
- Deal with end user support, not infrastructure support
- Set up laptops, mobile phones, tablets
- Limited access to directory
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years minimum of relevant experience
- Professional demeanor (shirt and tie, dress the part)
- Close enough proximity to commute to NYC office (they are on site 5 days a week)
