About the Opportunity
We are partnered with a private investment firm based in New York and London that focuses on private equity and credit investments. They are seeking a dedicated individual to join their Investor Relations team temporarily for 3 to 4 months. The Investor Relations team consists of relationship managers, product specialists, and project managers, working together to cover investors, manage reporting and analytics, and handle communications and special projects.
The base pay range for this position is $45 to $50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage investor information and maintain the CRM system (DealCloud)
- Coordinate events, including our annual limited partners meeting
- Update various databases and maintain data rooms
- Create marketing materials such as pitch books, investor profiles, and investment team bios
- Assist in planning and executing promotional events for the firm
- Prepare and edit reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Collaborate with external vendors, including PR firms and web teams
- Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies
- Support special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degree
- 4+ years of experience in investor relations, marketing, or related field
- Experience with Client Relationship Management systems preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; willingness to learn other technologies
