About the Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Healthcare Marketing Executive to lead our client in Brooklyn’s marketing efforts in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare marketing trends, regulations, and best practices, along with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness in the healthcare sector.
The annual base salary range is $130,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our healthcare services, programs, and initiatives to target audiences. Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing efforts with organizational goals and objectives
- Lead brand development and management initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Oversee the creation and maintenance of brand assets, including logos, messaging, and visual identity
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website development, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing. Monitor digital analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Manage traditional marketing channels, such as print advertising, direct mail, events, and sponsorships. Develop creative campaigns and collateral materials to effectively communicate key messages and promote brand awareness
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use insights to inform marketing strategies, target audience segmentation, and product/service positioning
- Develop patient engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance the patient experience, increase patient satisfaction, and foster patient loyalty. Implement patient education campaigns, wellness programs, and community outreach efforts to engage and empower patients in their healthcare journey
- Collaborate with physician liaisons and referral coordinators to build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and healthcare providers. Develop physician outreach programs, physician education materials, and referral marketing strategies to drive patient referrals and physician engagement
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, FDA guidelines, and state/federal laws governing healthcare marketing and advertising
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve marketing goals and objectives. Monitor expenditures and ROI to ensure budgetary compliance and optimize resource allocation
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare marketing, with demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategies and initiatives
