About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Social Worker to join our client’s dedicated team. As a Social Worker in their organization, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate mental health support to individuals.
The annual base salary range is $50,000 to $80,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide mental health assessment, intervention, and support to individuals in distress
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health status, safety, and risk factors to determine appropriate interventions and level of care required
- Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to enhance professional development and stay updated on best practices in mental health care
- Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines, always maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure coordinated care and comprehensive support for clients
- Monitor patients’ progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Job Requirements
- College degree with a competitive GPA and demonstrated math or analytical ability
- 4-8 years relevant (portfolio and partnership accounting) work experience
- CPA preferred
