About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established FQHC seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, with a passion for providing high-quality mental health services to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
The annual base salary range is $75,000 to $85,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs, strengths, and resources
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing culturally competent approaches
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including medical providers, nurses, case managers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure integrated care for patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient, focusing on promoting recovery, resilience, and overall well-being
- Advocate for patients’ rights and access to mental health services within the FQHC and the larger community
- Provide support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including trainings, workshops, and supervision sessions, to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of best practices in the field of social work and mental health
Job Requirements

- Fluent or conversational in Spanish
