About the Opportunity:
This position provides high-quality care and support to patients, ensuring their needs are met while promoting their overall well-being. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $12.65 to $14.95 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and creating individualized care plans.
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily activities.
- Collaborating with nursing staff to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and changes in condition.
- Staying informed on best practices for geriatric care.
Job Requirements:
- Active GNA license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
