About the Opportunity:
Provide primary care services to adult patients in various outpatient settings as part of the Physician Float Pool. This full-time contract position requires travel between multiple locations including Mentor, Amherst, Lorain, Willoughby Hills, Brunswick, and Fairlawn, Ohio. The role involves outpatient care only, operating Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no call or weekend duties. Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) for mid-level support. Manage a patient load of 15 to 20 adult primary care patients per day in an ambulatory outpatient practice.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $126.50 to $149.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for primary care patients.
- Collaborate with mid-level providers, such as APPs, to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
Job Requirements:
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active Ohio medical license.
- Presentation with NPDB self-query completed within the last six months.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
