About the Opportunity:
This contract offers a full-time opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential care to patients. Responsibilities include assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, and maintaining hygiene. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care with flexibility to work some holidays and weekends.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $14.44 to $17.06 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting basic patient assessments and assisting in creating care plans.
- Providing assistance with personal hygiene and other daily living activities.
- Collaborating with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and observations.
- Staying informed on basic patient care techniques and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Current CNA certification.
- Minimum of six months of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work some weekends and holidays as required.
