About the Opportunity:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients at the Sullivan County Nursing facility. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $41.80 to $49.40 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) finalize at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide occupational therapy focusing on improving daily living activities.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and thoroughly.
- Stay informed on current research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Valid certification and degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
