About the Opportunity:
Join our team as a CVOR Registered Nurse, providing specialized cardiovascular operating room services to adult patients. This is a full-time contract position with a focus on delivering exceptional patient care during surgical procedures.
The estimated base pay for this position is $53.99 to $63.81 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting pre-operative and post-operative assessments and creating comprehensive care plans.
- Providing direct care during cardiovascular surgical procedures.
- Collaborating with surgeons and anesthesiologists to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress intraoperatively.
- Staying informed on advancements in cardiovascular surgical techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an associate's degree.
- Current New York State licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a CVOR setting.
