About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position requires providing comprehensive patient care in collaboration with healthcare teams. The role involves delivering quality nursing services to optimize patient recovery and comfort. The estimated base pay for these positions is $26.81 to $31.69 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide medication administration and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and update care plans as needed.
- Stay informed on best practices in nursing care and patient safety.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of Maine.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work location.
