About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. An LPN in this role monitors vital signs, administers medications, and updates patient records in collaboration with a healthcare team.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $19.39 to $22.91 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and contribute to care plans.
- Provide medication administration and patient care education.
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.

Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN certification.
