About the Opportunity:
This contract position provides care to patients by assessing, planning, and implementing nursing interventions in a healthcare setting. The LPN participates actively in evaluating patient progress and communicates effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $21.59 to $25.51 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create care plans for individual patients.
- Provide care, education, and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Stay informed on the latest practices in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Current and valid LPN license.
- Minimum of one-year experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
