About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position provides skilled nursing care to patients, involving assessment and implementation of care plans. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) administer medication, update patient records, and assist with patient hygiene and comfort. LPNs collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $29.43 to $34.78 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create comprehensive care plans.
- Provide medication administration and health education to patients.
- Collaborate with doctors and registered nurses to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient health status and progress accurately.
- Stay informed on current best practices in nursing care and patient management.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
