About the Opportunity:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the Northeast Region, you provide direct patient care and assist in implementing care plans for patients. This is a full-time contract position involving overnight shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM with rotating weekends.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $25.30 to $29.90 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and assist in creating personalized care plans.
- Provide medication administration and management.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patient health status.
- Stay informed on best practices and updates in nursing care and patient management.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN certification or degree.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
