About the Opportunity:
This part-time contract position involves providing quality nursing care to patients within a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment. As an LPN, responsibilities include direct patient care, administering medications, and coordinating with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $21.59 to $25.51 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting patient assessments and assisting in creating care plans.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborating with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and responses to treatments.
- Staying informed on best practices and healthcare updates relevant to nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of Alabama.
- Minimum of one-year experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
