About the Opportunity:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a compassionate and efficient manner. Conduct comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $28.33 to $33.48 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and thoroughly.
- Stay informed on best nursing practices and healthcare advancements.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
