About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position for an LPN involves providing essential care to patients in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and coordinating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $19.39 to $22.91 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create care plans.
- Provide appropriate medication and treatments as ordered.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
- Stay informed on clinical guidelines and protocol updates.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN license.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
