About the Opportunity:
The RN, Rehab position involves providing comprehensive rehabilitation care to patients, focused on maximizing patient recovery and independence. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $48.95 to $57.85 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed assessments and creating individualized care plans.
- Providing patient-centered therapy and education sessions.
- Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and outcomes.
- Staying informed on the latest research and practices in rehabilitation therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Valid RN license.
- Minimum two years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Proven communication and organizational skills.
