About the Opportunity:
This contract position provides rehabilitation services to patients. The role's responsibilities include assessing patients, developing care plans, and delivering patient-centered nursing care. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $31.49 to $37.21 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans for rehabilitation patients.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and education to promote recovery and independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Stay informed on the latest research and practices in rehabilitation nursing.
Job Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum two years of experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Preferred: Experience with specific patient populations, such as post-surgical or stroke patients.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
