About the Opportunity:
Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to improve function and mobility. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $39.60 to $46.80 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and create customized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' daily living skills.

- Monitor and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Active state OT license (or ability to obtain).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
