About the Opportunity:
Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in a part-time contract position. Deliver assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation efforts aimed at improving patients' physical well-being and mobility. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to create and implement personalized care plans for each patient.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $49.50 to $58.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and education to patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay informed on the latest research and practices in physical therapy.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Physical Therapist with current state certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Preferred experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient facility.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
