About the Opportunity:
Provide physical therapy support and assistance under the direction of licensed physical therapists, contributing to the rehabilitation and care plans of patients. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $30.25 to $35.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and assist in creating individualized care plans.
- Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training sessions.
- Collaborate with physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
- Stay informed on latest practices in physical therapy techniques and methods.
Job Requirements:
- Current certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a rehabilitation or clinical setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
