About the Opportunity:
This position involves providing specialized wound care and treatment to patients in a clinical setting. It is a full-time contract position. As a Wound Care Nurse, you assess patients' conditions, manage wound care plans, and apply dressings while ensuring that all procedures are administered with the highest level of care and precision.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $31.21 to $36.89 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation, if applicable, are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting wound assessments and creating individualized care plans.
- Providing appropriate wound management and education to patients and caregivers.
- Collaborating with medical teams to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress in wound healing.
- Staying informed on advancements in wound care treatments and technologies.
Job Requirements:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Preferred experience in wound care management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
