About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position involves providing quality nursing care to patients at Mountain Ridge Center. The RN performs assessments, develops care plans, and delivers direct care to promote patient comfort and recovery. Additionally, the RN serves as an advocate for patients and collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $48.95 to $57.85 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and creating individualized care plans.
- Providing patient education and specific therapies as needed.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress in medical records.
- Staying informed on current nursing practices and healthcare developments.
Job Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
