About the Opportunity:
Become a CT Technologist responsible for conducting computed tomography scans and ensuring exceptional patient care. This part-time contract position requires working Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m. and one shift during the week, specifically Mondays from 4 p.m. to 12 a.m.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $60.50 to $71.50 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct CT scans and prepare patients for procedures.
- Provide patient care and education regarding CT procedures.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely results.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and responses.
- Stay informed on the latest CT technology and techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of Radiology.
- New York State License in Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT certification in CT.
- 2-3 years of experience in radiology.
- Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.
- Skills in 3D rendering, radiation safety, and administration of contrast media.
