About the Opportunity:
This opportunity calls for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care and medical assistance in a clinical setting. This is a full-time contract position that involves delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, administering medications, and tending to patient needs. The role also includes maintaining patient records and coordinating with healthcare professionals.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $25.03 to $29.58 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide medication administration and patient education.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
- Stay informed on current research and practices in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a valid LPN license.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting.
