About the Opportunity:
This contract position requires an RN to provide high-quality patient care at the Exeter Center. As part of the healthcare team, you conduct assessments and create personalized care plans for patients, ensuring safe and effective treatment. This is a full-time role with a mandatory weekend on-call rotation every four weeks.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $48.95 to $57.85 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct nursing care and administer medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately.
- Evaluate and update care plans based on changing patient needs.
Job Requirements:
- Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
