About the Opportunity:
This contract opportunity for a Registered Nurse in the Catheterization Lab requires providing specialized cardiac care to patients. The RN executes invasive cardiac procedures, supports interventional cardiology processes, and manages pre and post-procedural care. This full-time contract position requires adaptability to float to other facilities when needed.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $57.75 to $68.25 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting cardiac catheterization assessments and creating care plans.
- Providing pre and post-procedural care for cardiac patients.
- Collaborating with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and procedural outcomes.
- Staying informed on interventional cardiology practices and techniques.
Job Requirements:
- Current CA RN license and BSN.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cardiac cath/interventional cardiology with expertise in Structural Heart and TAVR.
- Experience in cath/EP and pre/post-procedural care.
- Experience in teaching hospital settings.
