About the Opportunity:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you provide essential care and services to patients. This part-time contract position requires dedication to patient well-being and collaboration with healthcare professionals to ensure effective care management. Duties involve monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and conducting routine assessments to support patient health.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $28.74 to $33.96 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
- Provide skilled nursing care, including administering medications and treatments.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
- Stay informed on best practices and advancements in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
