About the Opportunity:
This remote-only contract position offers an opportunity for physicians to provide high-volume reading services with a focus on emergency room and inpatient cases. The role focuses on interpreting various modalities including XR, MR, NM, CT, and US, requiring the physician to read approximately 90 to 100 studies per 8-hour shift and produce around 70 wRVUs. The position operates on a full-time basis.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $1254.00 to $1482.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct high volume ER reading with stroke exam experience.
- Interpret cases using modalities such as XR, MR, NM, CT, and US.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and ensure productivity targets for shift are met.
Job Requirements:
- Board Certified.
- Proven experience with high volume ER and inpatient cases.
- Ability to read and interpret specified modalities.
- Maintains certification and credentials required for the role.
