About the Opportunity:
This full-time opportunity involves providing specialized care to patients in the Cath Lab setting. Key responsibilities include conducting cardiac catheterization and electrophysiological procedures, with a focus on both diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $63.25 to $74.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations.
- Providing procedural sedation administration and monitoring.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and response to treatments.
- Staying informed on best practices in cardiovascular procedures and techniques.
Job Requirements:
- CA RN License.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Cath Lab or IR.
- 3-5 years experience in PACU, ICU, CCU, and/or Cath Lab.
- 5 years clinical nursing experience.
- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization and EP procedures.
- Experience with the Epic charting system required.
- Must have COVID Vaccination and Booster.
- BSN required.
- Prior travel experience within the last 12 months required.
- Preferred experience in a teaching hospital.
