About the Opportunity:
Provide essential care and support to patients in a hospital setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This full-time contract position involves assisting patients with daily activities, ensuring comfort, and promoting a safe and supportive environment.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $16.64 to $19.66 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) are finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing and grooming.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and experiences.
- Stay informed on current practices and procedures relevant to patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
