About the Opportunity:
The contract LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) position provides essential nursing care to patients, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $29.84 to $35.26 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans.
- Provide medication administration and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and changes in condition.
- Stay informed on best practices in nursing and patient care.
Job Requirements:
- Current and valid LPN license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
