About the Opportunity:
This role involves providing specialized neurological care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Using state-of-the-art continuous video EEG technology, the position allows you to work with an interdisciplinary team for patients with stroke, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Guillain-Barré syndrome, and more. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $52.25 to $61.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and creating care plans for neurological patients.
- Providing specialized neurological care and education.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress and outcomes.
- Staying informed on the latest neurological research and practices.
Job Requirements:
- RN License (NY License ONLY).
- Two years of experience in a relevant setting.
- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY).
- Telemetry experience.
- NIHSS certification highly preferred.
