About the Opportunity
Our client, a respected multi-specialty practice in Queens, is seeking a Primary Care NP or PA to join their outpatient team! This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about preventative care, chronic condition management, and working closely with a diverse patient population.
The annual base salary range is $100,000 to $170,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Overview
- Full-time outpatient primary care within a collaborative multispecialty setting
- Provide comprehensive care to adult patients with a focus on health maintenance and chronic disease management
- Work closely with physicians and support staff for coordinated patient care

Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine exams, sick visits, and follow-up appointments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
- Provide patient education on medications, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation in the EMR system
- Coordinate care and referrals with in-house specialists
Job Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of New York
- Experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred
- Confident in managing adult patients independently within scope
- Spanish or Russian fluency strongly preferred due to patient demographics
- Excellent communication and charting skills
