About the Opportunity:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed PT. You assist patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving treatment goals in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions is $30.25 to $35.75 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapy interventions per PT plan of care.
- Document patient progress and response to treatment.
- Assist with patient education and home exercise programs.
- Communicate patient status to supervising PT.
- Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
