About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-established, multi-state specialty medical group, is continuing to expand its Allergy & Immunology services in Burlington County, NJ within a large, built-in referral network. With strong operational infrastructure and growing patient demand, they are in search of an Allergist (MD/DO) to join a high-growth division at a pivotal stage. The organization is known for creating a provider-friendly environment where physicians can focus on patient care while support teams handle logistics and administrative workflow.
This is an ideal opportunity for an Allergist who wants a high-income role without building from scratch, a supportive infrastructure that removes operational headaches, and the ability to grow within a rapidly expanding specialty service line!
The annual base salary range is $300,000 to $325,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of allergic, immunologic, and respiratory conditions
- Manage and oversee immunotherapy treatment plans
- Provide patient-centered care in a fully outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team
- Contribute to the growth and development of expanding allergy services
Job Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Allergy & Immunology
- Minimum 2+ years of outpatient Allergy experience required
- Strong clinical background in allergy and asthma care
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
