About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established, multi-location practice serving diverse communities across New York City and Northern New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who enjoys a mix of clinical care, procedural work, and continuity of care in an outpatient-focused setting, with flexibility built into the schedule.
The annual base salary range is $400,000 to $450,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Perform in-office procedures including injections and non-operative treatments
- Provide surgical care based on your specialty and patient needs
- Build strong relationships with patients through ongoing care and follow-ups
- Educate patients on treatment options, recovery plans, and preventative care
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
- Contribute to a supportive and efficient clinical environment
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling depending on patient volume and procedural days
Job Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Fellowship training in Sports Medicine or Total Joint Replacement preferred
- Active or eligible for medical licensure in New York and New Jersey
- Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered approach
Schedule & Structure
- Monday through Friday (no weekends required)
- Typical hours fall between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with some flexibility
Compensation & Benefits
