About the Opportunity:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), provide essential patient care and support within a healthcare team. Engage in direct patient care activities, ensuring compliance with healthcare protocols and procedures. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.06 to $28.44 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and assist in creating effective care plans.
- Provide medication administration and monitor patient responses to treatments.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes in condition.
- Stay informed on current healthcare practices and standards.
Job Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of New Hampshire.
- At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
