About the Opportunity:
This is a full-time contract position for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing essential patient care services. The role involves administering medications, assisting with patient hygiene, and performing routine patient monitoring. LPNs collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and contribute to patient education.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $25.03 to $29.58 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and document care plans.
- Provide medication administration and monitor patient responses.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to coordinate patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes.
- Stay informed on best practices in patient care and nursing procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
