About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join our client’s well-established, expanding dermatology group in Jersey City, offering both medical and cosmetic services. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values autonomy, collaboration, and a strong support system—all within a practice that maintains a close-knit, team-oriented culture rather than a large corporate feel. This position also offers a flexible 4-day workweek!
The annual base salary range is $400,000 to $500,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide a mix of general, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services
- Manage a consistent patient volume (average ~30 patients per day)
- Collaborate with a team of providers to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Supervise and support advanced practice providers as needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-driven culture focused on shared success
- Build lasting relationships with patients in a community-focused setting
- Maintain accurate documentation and utilize EMR systems effectively
Job Requirements
- MD or DO with completion of Dermatology residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology
- Active or eligible for state medical licensure
- Interest in both medical and cosmetic dermatology
- Open to candidates with Mohs surgery experience or interest
