About the Opportunity:
Provide compassionate patient care as an LPN in a hospital setting. Deliver routine nursing care and assist in various aspects of patient care management. This is a full-time contract position.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.61 to $29.09 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine assessments and assist in creating patient care plans.
- Provide necessary patient education and support.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and physicians to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
- Stay informed on best practices in nursing care.
Job Requirements:
- Valid LPN certification or associate degree in nursing.
- Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliability in transportation and ability to commit to every weekend shifts.
