About the Opportunity:
This full-time contract position as a Supply Chain – Billing Associate involves performing computerized order entry, distributing supplies, linen, equipment, and managing the shipping and receiving of hospital merchandise. The role requires maintaining inventory management processes, meeting supply needs promptly, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining equipment availability.
The estimated base pay for these positions are $24.20 to $28.60 per hour. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clinical, administrative, vendor, and executive level leadership teams.
- Leverage business and management experience related to accounting and/or billing.
- Perform Bill-Only process within SAP, managing vendor payments accurately.
- Ensure effective customer service with vendors, nurses, and patients.
- Regularly check and manage email correspondence.
- Organize the Bill-Only by vendor tab for audit purposes.
- Complete the Bill-Only process within one week after patient surgery.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in Hospital Billing or Billing Operations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with self-discipline.
